Grow Support provide counselling and therapeutic services for Children, Families, and Individuals.

The accredited Mental Health Practitioners specialise in Couple's counselling, Victim support, Trauma, Grief, Suicidal Ideation, Self Harm, Multiple Personalities, Anxiety and Depression.

The benefit of Grow Support therapy is the Practitioners who are of Samoan and Maori backgrounds and use a diverse cultural framework to inform their services.

To use our services please either see your GP for a

Mental Health Care plan to access 6 sessions ($40 GAP Fee - per session)

Referral to Wesley Mission (under Psychological Therapies) to access an initial 6 free sessions (please see eligibility requirements) - must experience financial hardship
Ask your Support Coordinator if you are eligible under your NDIS plan

Suzanne Utai (MSW)

Suzanne, also known as
Tupua, (her Matai title) is a Psychotherapist working with individuals experiencing Mental Health issues.
She works part-time in the Emergency department in Mental Health.
Suzanne completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at Brigham Young University Hawaii and her Master of Social Work degree at Flinders University in Adelaide

Whakapaipai (Gorgeous) is our creative Psychotherapist who thinks outside the box and embraces strong ethics and values. She comes from a strong Maori background which influences her practice.
Gorgeous has a diploma in Communities, Bachelors of Social Work and a Master of
Counselling. She has worked many years with Pasifika and Refugee communities.
She gains inspiration from her Whanau and Mokopuna
